Marisa Guerini
Sorellanza (Sisterhood)
Selected for the 2025 London Art Biennale, Italy. Marble powder and resin, 2025. 26x66x32cm.
The sculpture explores the theme of sisterhood as a powerful bond of mutual support between women. It portrays two figures, one helping the other to rise after a fall, whether physical or emotional. The gesture becomes a universal symbol of solidarity and compassion, capturing the quiet strength found in female connection and empathy
