Liao WanNing, graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Xi ‘an Academy of Fine Arts in China with master’s degree in fine arts. She is a Chinese artist living in Canada. She is a member of the SCA, the American Artists Professional League, the American Portrait Society, and an international associate member of OPA who has received numerous honors. Her works blends oil painting with mixed media, leaving a lasting impression and delving deeply into historical and contemporary themes, bridging tradition and personal narrative.
