Sara Adib

My art explores “reality shifting,” born from navigating trauma through meditation, dance, reading, and exploration. The work uses collage layers, both physically and visually , to express different layers of a story. Abstract forms and vivid colors act as guides, celebrating resilience and joy within the human experience. In a world focused on appearances, my work invites viewers to look deeper—beyond sight, into vision. Art becomes my tool for navigating complex realities and tapping into imagination’s healing potential. Free from the constraints of realism, I construct visual worlds that reflect inner transformation by manipulating time and space.

Sara Adib is an artist based in Tehran.She has practiced painting since her childhood and continued her studies at Beaux Arts De Versailles and getting her master from Sorbonne University Paris1(2015). She’s a descendent of Mohammad Ghaffari better known as Kamal al-Mulk, who was a well-known Iranian painter.After her loss of father to cancer(2018) she’s been researching about the different aspect of art therapy in painting, dancing and active meditation.
