Lucie Crocro

This work was made in cooperation with Poets Society s.r.o. and expresses an emotional experience transformed into the geometric movement of plants. It symbolically depicts two contrasting gardens: the passionate irises and the serene garden of lilies. Both serve as metaphors for inner states and transitions between intensity and calm, chaos and harmony.

Lucie’s focus on the artistic perception of space developed during her studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague, the Royal College of Art in London, in Perugia, Italy, and in Bangalore, India.Her works are represented in major private and public collections. Her work delves into plants, the inner universe of the human psyche, and outer space, drawing inspiration from mythology and psychological dynamics.
