Cheraine Collette

Part of Cheraine’s ‘Treasures’ series, featuring rare white Tigers (Panthera Tigris) and a beautiful palace photographed in Austria, Vienna. Created over several years, each element has been captured with a full-frame camera and later fused using a Wacom Cintiq Pro tablet, employing brushes and techniques inspired by traditional painting. The creation process involved approximately 300 layers of photographs, hand-painted details, and other hand-drawn layers with digital brush strokes for shadows, lighting, and color corrections.

Cheraine Collette, 1993, the Netherlands, is recognized for her ethereal photographic paintings that blur the boundaries between reality and imagination. She’s included in the permanent Museum collection of the Museo d’Arte di Chianciano Terme and exhibited at prestigious venues such as Art Basel CONTEXT Miami and Scope Miami, The Palm Beach Show, Hamptons Fine Art Fair, Contemporary Istanbul, Art Karlsruhe, and the 8th Biennale of Chianciano.
