Ukrainian Painter and Illustrator. Bachelor of Arts graduate of Camberwell College of Arts.
My main idea and method can be described as the use and transformation of the characters, intended to be negative, saving the message of its wildness and hunger, and yet filling it with absolutely different meaning by comparing and combining predator with the image of modern human.Since I have worked with many street artists (murlaists), it has left its imprint on my technique. I create large format pictures using acrylic paints and spray paint, as well as markings, which at the same time are a part of the work itself.
In my last series of paintings, I touch upon a topic that is relevant at the moment for both Ukrainian youth and for me as its representative.
“The wolf on the hill is not as hungry as the wolf climbing the hill“
Using the image of a wolf, I depict a figure of a young Ukrainian who climbs up a thorny hill, which digs into the cervical vertebrae and lets the still hot blood run, not wishing to put up with the foundations, playing by their own rules, creating new and gnawing on opportunities to give way to a country and culture that he or she can be proud of.
