Alexander has carefully studied artistic heritage – from Renaissance to post-impressionism and from Ancient Egyptian murals to russian academic tradition – and added new elements and influences, creating a unique and exciting style that reveals the inner beauty of the world around.
Alexander studied at V. Surikov Moscow State Academy Art Institute, Moscow, Russia – the most prestigious Russian art institute. In a short period he became a well-known painter, but suddenly decided to expand the range of his interests – Alexander started to work in filmmaking as an art-director. Since that cinema and painting live in harmony in his life.
He holds membership in several exclusive Russian and European Art Societies, and his paintings has been shown internationally. Alexander has two studios; one is located in Moscow, Russia and the other is in Malta. He has participated in more than 300 exhibitions held all over the world and his paintings are repeatedly awarded with variety of diplomas and medals.
